Judicial appointments and business crisis management

We undertake appointments conferred by the Court, acting as Trustees in insolvency proceedings and as business crisis managers, handling the management, preservation and liquidation of assets, as well as relations with creditors and the relevant authorities involved in the proceedings.

The Firm also acts as Court-Appointed Technical Experts (CTU), preparing independent expert reports and valuations in accounting, corporate and tax matters.

We assist businesses and entrepreneurs in the preparation and filing of insolvency proceedings and crisis management instruments, including certified restructuring plans, composition with creditors proceedings and business lease transactions.

Our work is carried out with methodological rigour, independence, and full compliance with applicable laws and the guidelines issued by the judicial authorities.
