Chartered Accountant Statutory AuditorCourt- Appointed Technical Expert

Marco Mataloni was born in Florence on December 15, 1955. After completing classical studies, he graduated with honors in Economics and Business from the University of Florence in 1979.

A Chartered Accountant since 1980, a Statutory Auditor since 1986, and a Court-Appointed Technical Consultant since 1987, he has always carried out his professional activity in Florence, where he took over his father’s law firm. Over the course of his career, he has gained significant experience in assisting corporate groups and companies operating in traditional sectors.

He currently holds, and has held, positions on various Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors. He supports the firm’s clients in strategic decisions and corporate planning processes, with particular attention to generational transition in businesses. He also manages part of the firm’s international clientele.

He has been married for many years and is the father of two wonderful adult children.

Chartered Accountant Statutory Auditor 

Francesco Mataloni is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, registered with the respective professional registers since January 2018 and April 2024.

Since 2014, he has been working as an accountant and tax advisor mainly in Tuscany, with particular reference to Florence, providing tax, corporate, and strategic assistance to major business groups and private clients, both Italian and international.

His professional activity is focused on continuous and personalized consultancy, covering both ordinary management and extraordinary transactions, as well as tax planning.

In 2016, he obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting and Freelance Professions from the University of Florence, graduating with top marks and honors, with a thesis in tax law entitled “The Tax Aspects of Generational Transfer in Businesses.”

In the same year, he further explored issues related to personal and corporate wealth taxation by attending the specialized program “The Wealth of the Individual and the Entrepreneur,” strengthening his expertise in generational transfer, tax planning, and asset protection.

During his traineeship, he gained significant experience dealing with important tax matters at a leading law firm of tax lawyers in Florence, collaborating on tax, corporate, and litigation-related issues.

In 2021, he was appointed as a Board Member of the Union of Young Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Florence, actively participating in training initiatives and research activities promoted by the professional association.

He has also taken part, as a speaker, in advanced training courses organized by the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Florence, with particular focus on start-ups and innovative SMEs, agricultural companies, and preparation courses for the state exam for Chartered Accountants, Accounting Experts, and Statutory Auditors.

Tommaso Migliori is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, registered with the respective professional registers since 2014. He graduated in Economics from the University of Florence in 2009.

After an initial experience in a traditional professional firm, since 2014 he collaborated with the Tax & Legal Department of Deloitte, and then joined Studio Mataloni Migliori Vannucci in 2017.

During his academic and professional career, he has developed expertise in several specialized areas through master’s programs and advanced training courses, including “Management, Law and Economics of Sport,” with a focus on sports companies and associations, and “Rethinking International Tax Law” at Leiden University, with a focus on international tax law and the BEPS project and related actions.

He is involved in ordinary tax and corporate consultancy, the preparation and management of tax returns (Income Tax Returns, VAT, IRAP and National and Worldwide Tax Consolidation), as well as the preparation of annual financial statements.

He also holds positions as a member of Boards of Statutory Auditors, including roles involving statutory auditing, and as a member of Boards of Directors in various companies.

He collaborates on extraordinary corporate reorganization transactions and handles, within his areas of expertise, international tax matters submitted by the firm’s clients.

Finally, by appointment of the Court, he serves as a Receiver and Liquidator within insolvency procedures.

 

Chartered Accountant Statutory AuditorCrisis Manager

Manuele Vannucci is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, registered with the relevant professional registers since 2013.

He graduated with honors in Economics from the University of Florence in 2010, reflecting his strong academic background and the expertise developed during his university studies.

Throughout his professional career, he has specialized in providing ongoing business consultancy, offering structured and continuous support in managing tax, accounting, and corporate compliance obligations. He is particularly involved in tax calculations and in the preparation and filing of the main tax returns, including Income Tax Returns, VAT, IRAP, Unified Certification (CU), and the CNM form.

He is also responsible for preparing annual financial statements, overseeing all stages of the accounting process through to closing and the analysis of financial and economic results.

He has developed specific expertise in international taxation, assisting individuals and foreign companies in entering and adapting to the Italian tax system. In this context, he focuses on issues related to double taxation and the correct tax classification of cross-border transactions.

Over the years, he has gained experience in advisory services for extraordinary transactions, supporting companies in business reorganizations, corporate restructurings, and other extraordinary operations, providing both tax and strategic assistance.

His work also extends to insolvency procedures: in addition to receiving court appointments, he provides consultancy and technical support in managing corporate crises, helping to identify the most appropriate solutions to protect the interests of the various stakeholders involved.

He also serves as a member of boards of statutory auditors and as an auditor for several major companies operating in Tuscany.

Chiara Stiacci is a Chartered Accountant based in Florence, a Statutory Auditor, and a Court-Appointed Technical Consultant at the Court of Florence. She has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Florence since 2014 and with the Register of Statutory Auditors since 2015.

She graduated in Economics from the University of Florence in 2002 and gained ten years of experience in a professional firm, developing strong expertise in accounting and taxation before starting her own practice as a Chartered Accountant in Florence. After passing the State Examination, she launched her own business, providing tax and accounting consultancy to companies and professionals.

She specializes in managing ordinary accounting for corporations, tax consultancy, and preparing annual financial statements, supporting businesses in proper administrative management and tax optimization. She also handles all main tax compliance obligations, including VAT, IMU, and income tax returns, as well as contracts and inheritance declarations.

She has also developed specific expertise in managing construction tax incentives, issuing compliance certifications for tax returns, and preparing accounting reports for the Transition 5.0 tax credit.

Registered Accountant

Davide Marconi is a Certified Accounting Expert, registered in Section B of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Florence since 2022.

He obtained a degree in Business Economics from the University of Florence in 2018 and provides accounting and tax consultancy services to companies, professionals, and non-profit organizations.

He is responsible for managing both ordinary and simplified accounting, preparing annual financial statements, and handling all major tax compliance obligations, both periodic and annual.

During his professional activity, he has developed particular expertise in international taxation, assisting individuals and foreign companies in entering and integrating into the Italian tax system. In this area, he focuses especially on issues related to double taxation and the proper tax classification of cross-border transactions.

Thanks to his fluent English and a digitally oriented approach, he provides direct support to the firm’s international clients.

He is currently registered as a trainee statutory auditor and is completing the requirements to qualify as a statutory auditor.

 

Degree in Economics

Leonardo Orlandi holds a degree in Economics from the University of Florence, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and, in 2024, a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Management.

In 2023, he began his professional career in tax and accounting consultancy, starting his traineeship to qualify as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.

During his professional activity, he has gained experience in corporate consultancy, focusing in particular on ordinary bookkeeping, the preparation of annual financial statements, and the drafting of the main tax returns, including income tax and VAT returns.

His main areas of expertise include the calculation and preparation of taxes related to Income Tax, VAT, and IRAP, as well as the management of key ordinary tax compliance obligations, such as VAT procedures, IMU, preparation of Unified Certifications (CU), and inheritance declarations.

He has also developed specific knowledge in the tax treatment of crypto-assets, a topic on which he authored an article published in Fonì, the journal of the Foundation of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Florence.

Accountant Business Specialist

Alessandra Villani is a Certified Accountant and Commercial Expert, having graduated in 1987.

She has extensive experience in administration, initially gained in private companies where she held the position of administrative manager. Since 1998, she has worked in accounting firms and, since January 2010, has been self-employed.

She collaborates steadily with Studio Mataloni Migliori Vannucci, mainly handling bookkeeping for corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, and professionals.

She also follows the entire financial statement approval process and supports the firm in all tax compliance activities, including VAT management (periodic settlements and annual returns), income tax returns, and IMU calculations.

 

Accountant 

Elena Benvenuti is a Certified Accountant, with expertise in managing both ordinary and simplified accounting. Her educational background, which began with a diploma in accounting and was further developed through studies in business administration, has enabled her to build strong technical skills and a genuine passion for the accounting profession.

At Studio Mataloni Migliori Vannucci, she brings her experience to the comprehensive management of accounting activities. She is responsible for preparing financial statements and handling the main tax obligations, both periodic and annual, ensuring reliability and attention to detail at every stage of the process.
